Kualifikasi:

Bachelor Degree's in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Geothermal projects.
Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3 Umum) and/or Security Risk Management is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor the company’s Health and Safety Management System at geothermal project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
Develop and update Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to drilling, construction, and plant operations.
Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Facilitate safety induction, training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Ensure all site activities comply with applicable regulations, permits, and corporate safety standards.
Support implementation of emergency response plans, including drills for fire, chemical spills, and medical emergencies.
Develop and maintain site security plans and risk management strategies to protect people, assets, and company property.
Supervise and evaluate security contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational effectiveness.
Monitor and assess security threats, including theft, vandalism, social unrest, or environmental risks in project areas.
Coordinate with local authorities, police, and military for preventive measures and emergency responses.
Maintain records of security incidents and produce detailed incident reports and improvement recommendations.
Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and emergency communication infrastructure at the project site.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical & Safety Skills: Deep knowledge of occupational health, industrial hygiene, and site safety management. Strong capability in incident investigation (Root Cause Analysis), emergency response planning, and safety inspections. Familiar with geothermal project safety hazards (steam handling, drilling operations, high-voltage systems, confined spaces, etc.). Competence in conducting risk assessments, developing Safety Work Permits, and ensuring safe system of work.
Security Management Skills: Experience managing site security operations, including access control, guard deployment, and perimeter protection. Ability to assess security threats, community risks, and geopolitical issues affecting project areas. Skilled in developing Security Management Plans, Crisis Response Procedures, and Travel Security Protocols. Capable of coordinating with local law enforcement and military units for site protection and incident resolution.
Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to influence safety and security culture among employees and contractors. Skilled in conducting training, safety induction, and emergency drills. Capable of preparing HSS reports, dashboards, and risk communication materials for management and external stakeholders.
Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient in challenging field environments. Culturally sensitive and capable of engaging effectively with local communities near geothermal sites.
