Kualifikasi:

D3 / S1 in Engineering.
SKK Muda certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in oil and/or gas construction, including 2 years in HSE.
Must hold a certified General HSE/Migas license.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsibilities: Ensure safety compliance, conduct evaluations, provide recommendations, and supervise HSE practices in oil & gas pipeline construction.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ability to mentor HSE teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of HSE Management Systems (SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Risk assessment and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) methodology. Incident investigation using root cause analysis tools. Emergency response planning and drill execution. Environmental impact analysis and mitigation planning. Familiarity with EPC project safety requirements and construction safety protocols.
