Kualifikasi:
  • HES COORDINATOR (code:HESCOOR426)
  • Minimum S1 any discipline with minimum 2 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Project as hes coordinator or minimum 3 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Projects in Hes Officer or equivalent.
  • Minimum D3 any discipline with minimum 4 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Project as hes coordinator or minimum 5 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Projects in Hes Officer or equivalent.
  • Minimum Senior High School any discipline with minimum 9 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Project as hes coordinator or minimum 10 years working experience in oil and gas or Pethrochmical Projects in Hes Officer.
  • Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent HSE certification. ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System training/auditor. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System training/auditor. First Aid / Emergency Response Training. Additional professional HSE certifications will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Support the implementation of HES policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and safety monitoring.
  • Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
  • Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action tracking.
  • Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.
  • Maintain and update HES documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA / JSA).
  • Safety inspection and site safety monitoring.
  • Incident reporting and investigation support.
  • HSE documentation and report preparation.
  • Safety training coordination and toolbox meetings.
  • Communication and coordination with project teams.
