Kualifikasi:
- Indonesian Citizenship (WNI).
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in Oil & Gas and/or Construction Projects, with strong background in project execution and field site coordination.
- Demonstrated experience in PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) projects is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a demanding project/site environment in Duri, Riau.
- Local hire or candidates currently residing in Riau and surrounding areas are highly preferred.
- Available to join the project immediately upon selection.
- Certifications: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or AK3 Migas certification. Valid Contractor Health Environment and Safety Management (CHESM) or PHR Safety Passport awareness is highly preferred. Training certificates in First Aid (P3K), Fire Fighting, H2S Safety, or Working at Height are distinct advantages.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Review, verify, and enforce the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols in alignment with client HES specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian oil and gas safety regulations, client-specific HES management systems, and national environmental protection standards.
- Lead daily Tool Box Talks, Safety Inductions, and HES briefings for site project teams, engineering personnel, and field contractors prior to work execution.
- Monitor the proper usage, maintenance, and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emergency response tools across all field locations.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions on site, taking immediate corrective action and tracking hazard notifications to closure.
- Assist in preliminary incident and near-miss investigations, gathering site evidence, analyzing root cause factors, and monitoring the execution of corrective action plans.
- Prepare daily HES surveillance logs, weekly safety statistic summaries, and monthly environmental compliance reports for the Project HES Manager and Client Representatives.
- Conduct daily HES site surveillance, hazard identification, and safety inspections across engineering consultancy work sites, construction areas, and operational facilities in Duri.

- Soft Skills: Strong site communication, effective teamwork, proactive hazard intervention, sharp observational detail, problem-solving under site conditions, and high adaptability.
- Hard Skills: Oil & gas HES site surveillance, CHESM/PHR safety standard compliance, JSA & Work Permit verification, incident investigation assistance, hazard identification, project execution coordination, and technical HES reporting.
