Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Lead and manage the Health, Environment, and Safety (HES) programs across project sites.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international HSE practices.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and safety audits.
Supervise and guide the HSE team in implementing safety procedures.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
Promote safety culture and awareness throughout the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
HSE management and leadership.
Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA / JSA).
Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
Development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
Safety training and safety awareness programs.
Strong reporting, documentation, and compliance management.
