Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant QHSE experience in marine, offshore, oil & gas, fabrication, logistics, or similar industries.
- Experience in audits, compliance, incident investigation, and reporting.
- Certifications & Training Requirements: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) Certification from Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 MIGAS Certification from ESDM. Certified Internal Auditor for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

- Our client, a leading integrated offshore and marine services provider, is currently looking for an experienced HSE Advisor with a strong QHSE background to join their team. This role is ideal for a QHSE professional with solid experience in the marine, offshore, oil & gas, fabrication, logistics, or related industries, with a strong understanding of safety, quality, environmental, and compliance requirements.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the QHSE Management System.
- Monitor quality processes, non-conformances, and corrective & preventive actions.
- Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and control verification.
- Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and other QHSE requirements.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and monitor corrective action closure.
- Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and management reviews.
- Prepare QHSE reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and document control.
- Promote safety culture, awareness, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate QHSE matters with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 principles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian QHSE regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and good English communication skills.
