Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE/K3 roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Possession of HSE certifications such as General OHS certification, ISO-related certificates, Fire Fighting, First Aid, or other relevant credentials is an advantage.
Must hold Ahli K3 Umum (General OHS Expert) certification.
Willing to work in plant areas and on shift schedules if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work assertively and collaboratively.

Harus punya keterampilan:

HSE Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Promote a proactive safety culture across all manufacturing and operational areas. Advise management on HSE risks and improvement initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance & Management Systems: Ensure full compliance with local HSE regulations and corporate standards. Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems. Support PROPER performance and environmental compliance programs.
Risk Management & Operational Safety: Oversee hazard identification and risk assessments for manufacturing processes. Ensure effective control of chemical, mechanical, and fire risks. Monitor contractor and supplier HSE performance.
Incident Management & Emergency Preparedness: Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation. Establish and maintain emergency response plans, including fire and chemical spill response. Conduct emergency drills and crisis simulations.
Environmental & Sustainability Management: Manage environmental aspects including waste, emissions, water usage, and energy efficiency. Support sustainable manufacturing and circular economy initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance.
Training & Competency Development: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Ensure competency compliance for high-risk activities. Build strong HSE awareness aligned with company values and national pride.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present HSE performance reports to management. Monitor KPIs such as incident rates, audit findings, and compliance status. Recommend improvement actions based on performance analysis.
