Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor degree (OHSE/Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years experience in managerial position.
- Proven experience in QHSE management.
- Must have certifications: NEBOSH, OHSMS, ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3 Lead Auditor, AK3 (Kemnaker), Certified HSE Programs, and OHMS.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE management system & procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality and HSE performance.
- Train and mentor staff on HSE practices.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and regulatory bodies.
