Kualifikasi:

Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline and having post graduate degree in relevant science or engineering discipline is preferable.
Have attended courses in environmental management related aspects.
Indonesian POP, POM or POU certifications on EHS.
Minimum 15 years experiences.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management systems (EMS) in compliance with ISO 14001 and project requirements.
Prepare and review environmental documents, studies, permits, and reports required by regulatory authorities and clients.
Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA/AMDAL) and ensure compliance with mitigation measures.
Monitor and report on air emissions, water quality, waste management, noise levels, and biodiversity impacts in project areas.
Ensure all EPC and construction activities comply with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and local authorities to ensure environmental compliance.
Lead or participate in environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Promote environmental awareness and training programs for employees and subcontractors.
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable practices within project operations.
Support incident/accident investigations related to environmental aspects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Provide regular reports and presentations to management, clients, and stakeholders on environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of Indonesian EHS laws and regulations, and those sector.
Familiarity with ADB SPS (2009) including EHS requirements of the IFC.
Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018, and Government Regulation No. 50/2012.
