Kualifikasi:

Minimum 4 years experience as an OHS Supervisor.
Must have a Certificate of Competence (SKK Ahli K3 Konstruksi).
D4/S1 Occupational Safety and Health.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and ensure the implementation of K3/HSE policies, procedures, and programs at construction project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control workplace hazards.
Lead safety induction, toolbox meetings, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.
Monitor compliance with the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe work practices.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare and submit HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the HSE Manager and Project Manager.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure permit-to-work systems and job safety analysis (JSA) are properly implemented.
Support and lead emergency drills and response actions on-site.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Proficient in hazard identification (HIRADC), risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and accident investigation. Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring Safety Management Systems (SMS) for construction projects. Knowledge of scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, confined space, lifting operations, hot work, and electrical safety. Strong ability in preparing safety reports, documentation, and compliance audits. Competent in emergency response planning, fire safety, and evacuation drills.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership to guide and supervise Safety Officers and site personnel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers. Analytical and problem-solving ability in handling safety challenges on-site. High integrity, discipline, and ability to enforce safety culture (Zero Accident Mindset).
