Kualifikasi:

Min Age 18 years.
Bachelor's Degree in OHS/Relevant Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing or chemical industry.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Review and evaluate the design of manufacturing processes and facilities from a safety, health and environmental protection point of view.
Identify and analyze potential hazards, and develop effective mitigation solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations.
Provide technical recommendations and advice to improve safety practices across operations.
Coordinate with engineering teams and relevant stakeholders to implement safety initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing safety programs.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth understanding of applicable safety, health and environmental regulations.
Strong analytical ability to identify and resolve safety issues.
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and detail orientation.
Knowledge of engineering design and analysis tools, such as AutoCAD, would be a plus.
