Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor degree in Public Health - Occupational Health and Safety or equifalent.
- Certificated AK3 Umum & TKBT2 by Kemnaker RI (having AK3 Listrik / Teknisi K3 Listrik by Kemnaker is a plus).
- Experienced in making plan and program for the implementation of K3.
- Willing to be placed on project's site.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure HSE compliance with all relevant laws and regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, personnel, and work practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and K3 programs.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure control measures are in place.
- Maintain and analyze HSE records, incidents, and statistical data.
- Promote safety awareness through training and safety briefings.
- Coordinate emergency response and incident investigations when needed.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Have a deep understanding of safety tools and its usage, safety process and the safety requirements.
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and Teamwork.
