Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Enviroment Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- Having minimum 10 years of working experiences in EPC/Oil and Gas Industry.
- Hold Valid K3-Migas Certification.
- Available for emergency response and on-call support.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support HSE Manager in preparing and monitoring the implementation of HSE Plan for oil and gas waste projects & company's K3L Management System.
- Manage the integration between regulations, ISO systems, and field practices.
- Conduct inspections and verification of Work Procedures in the area of transportation, processing, and utilization of waste & High-risk activities such as vacuuming sludge, confined space entry, and thermal treatment.
- Report non-conformities and lead corrective actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with B3 waste Management and reporting & Control of emissions, noise, wastewater, and odor.
- Coordinate reporting to DLH, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, or oil and gas clients (SIMPEL, ESDM).
- Develop and test Spill Contingency Plan, especially on projects with spill risks & Simulation of fire, gas exposure, and waste spill incidents.
- Prepare the readiness of the ERT team and first aid equipment, APAR, SCBA.
- Conduct regular Induction and toolbox meetings; Internal training on new technologies & their risks to HSE; “Green Safety Culture” campaign to support sustainable technology.
- Assist in ISO Audit, SMK3, and client and project owner audit; Prepare weekly/monthly HSE report and presentation to management; Monitoring HSE KPI of project & business unit.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Familiar with SKKMIGAS regulation.
- Proficient in safety management systems and risk assessment tools.
- Good leadership, planning and strategic thinking.
- Occasional travel to other project sites.
