Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments regularly.
- Monitor workplace safety, environmental performance, and corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, and prepare reports.
- Organize HSE training, safety campaigns, and employee awareness programs.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and maintain HSE permits, records, and documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, environmental compliance, and occupational safety standards.
- Familiar with HSE audits (Brands and governance), inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Good communication in english, reporting, and problem-solving.
