More than 4 years of HSE work experience. Age preferably under 35; can be relaxed to 40 for exceptional candidates.
Certifications that are highly desirable:
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Implementer / Auditor.
Mandatory certifications:
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent,
H2S Awareness,
First Aid & Fire Fighting.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Review HSE evaluation documents and ensure they meet client requirements based on PTK 005.
Coordinate and oversee HSE implementation for all wireline logging and downhole operations.
Act as Deputy HSE Manager, supporting the HSE Manager in strategic and operational HSE matters.
Ensure full compliance with:
CNLC corporate HSE policies,
Client HSE requirements,
Local regulatory standards in Asia Pacific countries.
Lead HSE planning, risk assessment, and safety reviews for wireline projects.
Supervise and mentor HSE Officers and field safety personnel.
Conduct:
HSE audits and inspections,
Safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training,
Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and high-potential events.
Monitor HSE performance indicators and prepare reports for management and CNLC headquarters.
Support emergency response drills and real incident response at wellsite.
Promote strong safety culture, cross-cultural collaboration, and local talent development in line with CNLC’s Asia Pacific strategy.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Ability to create HSE documents for tenders and meet client requirements and expectations，Strong knowledge of the HSE Plan.and HSE management systems, such as system certification, CSMS, etc.
Ability to report and communicate with clients, e.g., chairing and presenting at SPR meetings. If you have relevant experience, please attach previous presentation materials.
Strong HSE management, communication, and coordination skills; able to supervise and guide HSE Officers.
