Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
Minimum 12–15 years of HSE experience in petrochemical plant operations, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, AK3 Migas/Umum, or equivalent).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and oversee the implementation of the Plant HSE and Process Safety Management systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and industry HSE requirements.
Lead risk assessments including HAZOP, LOPA, and management of change (MOC).
Manage emergency response systems, drills, and coordination with external agencies.
Monitor plant HSE performance and report to top management.
Lead investigation of major incidents and process safety events.
Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and operational safety culture.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong background in process safety management (PSM) and operational risk control.
In-depth knowledge of petrochemical regulations, process safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Familiarity with international standards such as OSHA PSM, API, NFPA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
Excellent command of English.
Process safety leadership and risk-based safety management.
Management of high-risk activities (toxic chemicals, flammable materials, high pressure systems).
Emergency response planning and crisis management.
Safety auditing, compliance monitoring, and performance analysis.
Strong leadership, coaching, and safety culture development skills.
