Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Coordinate implementation of HSE plans, procedures, and policies across fabrication and EPC sites.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations.
  • Lead the identification of hazards and oversee risk mitigation efforts in welding, fabrication, installation, and testing areas.
  • Supervise and validate PTW system: Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, Lifting Activities.
  • Deliver onboarding safety inductions and refresher training to workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct daily safety patrols and ensure housekeeping, signage, barricades, and PPE compliance.
  • Lead investigations of incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances, and develop RCA-based improvement plans.
  • Monitor and control dust, fumes, welding smoke, noise, oil spills, chemical use, and waste handling.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, including documentation for SMK3, ISO, client, or authority compliance.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports, statistics, and dashboard for internal and client submission.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong commitment to HSE standards and project delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HSE regulations and standards relevant to EPC and heavy fabrication (PP 50/2012, Permenaker, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Risk assessment using HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. Familiarity with welding safety, heavy lifting, crane operation, scaffolding, confined space, hot work, cutting/grinding, and high-pressure testing. Conducting HSE inspections, audits, safety walks, and safety inductions for multi-trade workforces. Managing incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone). Monitoring environmental compliance: air emission, hazardous waste (B3), chemical storage, wastewater discharge. Supporting compliance with client-specific HSE requirements (especially Oil & Gas majors, BUMN, and international contractors).
  • Soft Skills: Strong coordination skills across multiple departments. Proactive communication and assertive field presence. Analytical thinking for problem-solving under project deadlines. Capable of leading toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and emergency drills. Mentorship ability for junior HSE officers and field staff.
