Kualifikasi:
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries.
- Mandatory Documents: Must provide Certificate(s) of Employment (Paklaring) from previous employers verifying the required experience.
- Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Active General K3 Expert Certification (Kemnaker/BNSP). Additional industry certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001/14001) are a plus.
- Location: Willing to be stationed at the project site in East Karawang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with company HSE standards and government safety regulations on-site.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate HSE project plans, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular site inspections, HSE audits, and lead incident investigations and reporting.
- Coordinate daily Toolbox Talks, HSE inductions, and safety training for site personnel and subcontractors.
- Prepare regular HSE performance reports (weekly/monthly) for management and clients.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership on-site, strict enforcement of safety standards, and excellent communication skills.
- Regulatory & Reporting Skills: In-depth knowledge of national HSE regulations, risk management (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, and HSE management systems.
