Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or other relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, project support, or office-based project environments.
Experienced in preparing project and HSE documentation, including: CSMS documentation, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 documentation, Project and tender documents
HSE awareness and socialization materials.
Placement Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Prepare, maintain, and control HSE documentation related to project and tender requirements, including CSMS and other supporting documents.
Support the identification of workplace hazards and risks, and assist in preparing appropriate HSE control measures.
Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HSE programs in accordance with company, client, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain documents related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Conduct HSE awareness sessions, socialization, and internal safety education for employees as required.
Monitor and follow up on HSE findings, incidents, corrective actions, and other HSE-related issues.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, incident records, and other project-related HSE documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and relevant internal departments regarding HSE documentation, CSMS, compliance, and project requirements.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, HSE programs, incident reporting, and HSE documentation.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
Responsible, detail oriented, well organized, and able to work according to project targets and deadlines.
