Kualifikasi:

Minimum D3/S1 graduates in the field of K3, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
Have 3-5 years of work experience in the field of HSE, especially in construction projects.
General K3 Expert Certification from the Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop HSE plans that are in line with international standards, government regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of project sites to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Conducting investigations into work accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions.
Design and implement HSE training programs for employees, subcontractors, and field workers.
Educate all project personnel on HSE policies and procedures.
Collaborate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all parties comply with HSE standards.
Ensure all HSE documentation, such as work permits, inspections, and audits, is well managed.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Mastering regulations related to K3 and the environment in Indonesia, especially those related to construction.
Understand and be able to implement Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
Able to prepare HSE training programs and monitor their implementation.
Strong leadership to lead the HSE team in construction projects.
Good communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with various parties, including contractors and subcontractors.
Skilled in HSE document management and reporting.
