Kualifikasi:

Education :S1 Teknik (Bachelor of Engineering).
Certification : K3 Umum, POP Panas Bumi (more preferred), AGT (more preferred).
Experience : Min. 3 years as HSE coordinator in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, & energy construction.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop project HSE plan, emergency response plan, risk assessment (HAZID, HAZOP, HIRADC, JSA), Journey Management Plan.
Ensure HSE program is implemented as per schedule and ensure all project activities are carried out in compliance with HSE standards.
Lead incident investigation and prepare incident report.
Conduct HSE training, promote HSE awareness and build safety culture through campaigns, posters, HSE quiz, HSE observation card, etc.
Lead emergency drill.
Conduct inspection of all work areas and equipment.
Coordinate and follow up on audit & inspection findings.
Prepare HSE statistic reports and evidence of HSE program implementation.
Coordinate with all vendors/subcontractors in the application of HSE program.
