Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs and procedures in daily operations.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and standards.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness activities.
- Prepare HSE reports and documentation for management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Proficient in English and able to use it in daily work conversations
- Good understanding of HSE regulations, standards, and management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- HSE documentation and reporting.
