Kualifikasi:
- Diploma degree (D3) in Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Has at least 1 year of professional working experience in industries other than building materials manufacturing, or fresh graduates with strong academic safety project backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Certifications: Mandatory requirement: Must hold a valid Certified General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum / AK3U) credential issued by Kemnaker RI. Firefighter Class D or Chemical Handling Officer (K3 Kimia / PLB3) certification is an added advantage. Internal Auditor ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 certification is a beneficial plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Executes daily factory floor safety inspections, machine guarding audits, and hazard surveillance across ceramic tile production lines, pressing areas, glazing stations, kiln units, and warehouse facilities.
- Prepares, reviews, and maintains Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) documents, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and standard operating procedures for industrial manufacturing operations.
- Verifies, issues, and audits Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk industrial activities, including hot work, confined space entry, electrical maintenance, and working at height.
- Conducts interactive daily Tool-Box Talks, safety briefings, and formal Safety Inductions for new factory employees, production operators, and outside contractors.
- Monitors the proper usage, maintenance, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable for ceramic manufacturing hazards, such as dust exposure, high temperatures, and heavy machinery noise.
- Inspects factory fire protection systems, emergency exits, eyewash stations, first aid kits, overhead cranes, forklift traffic routes, and hazardous material (B3) storage containment areas.
- Assists in initial workplace accident, injury, or near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), documenting findings and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Compiles, maintains, and submits daily safety logs, waste management reports, and monthly HSE performance statistics to the Plant HSE Manager using Microsoft Office applications.

- Soft Skills: Clear communication, proactive hazard observation, strong teamwork with production units, high discipline, adaptability, and firm enforcement of plant safety rules.
- Hard Skills: Manufacturing plant HSE inspection, HIRADC & JSA development, industrial Work Permit auditing, machinery safeguarding & kiln safety checks, hazardous waste (B3) management, incident investigation (RCA), and safety log reporting.
