Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Engineer in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, Power Plant, or other high-risk industrial projects.
- Training and Certifications: Valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification is required. Additional certifications in ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Incident Investigation, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, Emergency Response, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, and Working at Height will be considered an advantage. Possession of CSMS, Confined Space, Lifting and Rigging, or Scaffolding Safety training certificates is preferred.
- Experience in EPC project construction, commissioning, and contractor safety management is highly preferred.
- Willing to work on a project site in the Riau Islands and travel as required by project activities.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with Indonesian regulations, company standards, and EPC project requirements.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis, and ensure effective implementation of control measures before project activities commence.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work procedures, safe work practices, and mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform routine HSE inspections, audits, safety patrols, and workplace monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and project procedures.
- Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, prepare comprehensive reports, identify root causes, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Deliver safety induction programs, toolbox talks, HSE awareness campaigns, and emergency response training for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including fire prevention, evacuation drills, and emergency response planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, maintain project HSE documentation, and support internal, client, and regulatory audits.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement throughout all phases of the EPC project.

Adaptable to dynamic project environments and capable of working under pressure.
- Hard Skills: Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Proficient in hazard identification, HIRADC, JSA, risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Capable of conducting HSE inspections, safety audits, toolbox meetings, safety induction, emergency drills, and compliance monitoring. Knowledge of construction safety, heavy equipment operations, lifting activities, hot work, confined space entry, electrical safety, and work at height. Proficient in Microsoft Office, HSE reporting, KPI monitoring, and technical documentation.
