Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Review method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Lead accident/incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
Conduct safety induction training and toolbox meetings.
Monitor contractor safety performance.
Maintain HSE documentation and reporting records.
Coordinate emergency response preparedness and drills.
Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Technical Skills:
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA),
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) preparation and review,
Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis,
Permit to Work (PTW) system management,
Safety audits and site inspections,
Environmental monitoring and waste management control,
Emergency response planning,
Safety reporting and KPI tracking.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and assertiveness on site,
Excellent communication skills (able to interact with workers, supervisors, and management),
Problem-solving and analytical thinking,
High attention to detail,
Ability to work under pressure and tight project deadlines,
Strong commitment to safety culture.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and reporting tools),
