Kualifikasi:
  • Must have an Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or Physical Engineering.
  • Min. 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in onshore and/or offshore facilities.
  • Min. 8 years experience and proven track record in HSE Engineering.
  • Must have previous experience of conducting and leading relevant tools and techniques for formal safety assessments workshop.
  • Have HSE/K3 certifications, such as: General K3 Expert from the Ministry of Manpower; NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) (preferred); ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System); Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, or HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) are added values.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE System Development & Implementation: Drafting and implementing HSE policies based on national and international standards; Ensure the implementation of ISO 45001 (K3) and ISO 14001 (Environment) in the company's operations; Analyze and evaluate HSE programs for improved occupational safety.
  • HSE Inspections & Audits: Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures; Carry out internal and external audits related to HSE and ensure improvements to audit findings; Identify and evaluate potential hazards in the workplace and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Incident Investigation & Risk Management: Conduct investigations of work accidents, near-misses, and other incidents to identify root cause analysis; Prepare an investigation report and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent similar incidents; Implement risk assessment systems (HIRA, JSA, HAZOP) to reduce work risks.
  • HSE Training & Awareness: Develop and implement occupational safety training programs for employees and contractors; Holding toolbox meetings, safety induction, and emergency simulations on a regular basis; Develop occupational safety campaign materials and increase employee awareness of HSE.
  • Regulatory Coordination & Compliance: Coordinating with government regulators, auditors, and stakeholders regarding HSE compliance; Ensure all operational activities are in accordance with the company's HSE standards and applicable K3 regulations; Monitor the fulfillment of environmental permits and reporting related to the impact of the work environment.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.
  • Have a knowledge and skills on HSE Engineering Training and Courses relevant to the position such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, HAZID, SIMOPS, HSE Principles and Systems, etc.
