Kualifikasi:
  • Certifications: Possession of valid HSE certifications (e.g., AK3 Umum from Ministry of Manpower, ISO 45001 training, H2S, or other project-specific requirements).
  • Bachelor degree in any relevant major.
  • Min. 3 years experience in HSE field.
  • Has exposure to plant construction or oil & gas project.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage procedure and documentation on management system implementation.
  • Monitoring and supervising activities with HSE issues at site.
  • Ensuring proper control measure to be provided with inspection.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English both orally and written.
  • Technical Competence: Strong understanding of HSE regulations (national and international: OSHA, ISO 45001, SMK3). Familiarity with oil & gas construction safety requirements: hot work, confined space, working at height, energy isolation. Capable of conducting incident investigations and preparing final investigation reports. Knowledge of emergency preparedness and ability to document emergency drills.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reporting. Able to manage document flow and quality submission through Aconex platform. Attention to detail in managing records: PTW logs, training matrix, incident registers.
  • Communication & Coordination: Effective communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and client/owner-side representatives. Capable of leading toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and communicating findings during audits or inspections. Comfortable with cross-functional coordination between PCM, site operations, and owner.
