Kualifikasi:

Pria/wanita, usia maksimal 48 tahun.
Sehat jasmani & rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari Rumah Sakit.
Memiliki KTP Luwu Timur.
Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal, dibuktikan dengan SKCK dari kepolisian.
Sudah melakukan Vaksinasi Covid-19 yang ketiga (Booster), dibuktikan dengan Sertifikat atau Surat Keterangan Vaksinasi Covid-19 dari aplikasi Peduli Lindungi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.
College graduate, minimum Diploma 3 (Engineering background is preferable).
Having POP Certificate (BNSP/ESDM) or AK3 Umum.
3-4 years experienced in project safety especially in heavy construction and shut down work.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

To Support HSE Project Specialist to implement Global Vale Safety Standard and comply with elements of Vale Production System (VPS).
Facilitate the implementation of RACs/CARS (Critical Activity Requirement), Major Hazard Standard, Golden Rules, Safe Work Permit (SWP), Fatigue Management Program and Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
Develop and update local safety standard to support the implementation of Global Vale Initiatives defined in strategic agenda.
Support the Safety Transformation Program: "Maximize the Impact" in which all safety control to be analyzed, to build ownership and closely monitored.
Manage legal and other requirement related to safety compliance.
Manage safety communication and awareness through PTVI media.
Conduct periodic audit on department area, provide report, and tracking the compliance.
Develop Key Performance Indicators for those initiative above and monitor through FMDS (Floor Management Development System).
Responsible for coordination of action plan follow up from safety audit and recommendations.
Deliver safety training and consultation for field workers, vendors and visitors.
Facilitate infrastructure to implement the safety system i.e. : engineering standard, management of change (MOC), forms, register, warehouse stock, etc.

Knowledgeable in Construction Safety Management systems.
Knowledgeable of safety regulations and standards (minimum KEPMEN ESDM 1827/2018, SMKP, PTVI MHS/RAC and PTVI EHS Standard).
Knowledgeable in engineering management of change (MOC) process.
Knowledgeable in scaffolding system and rigging activities and traffic management system.
Computer skill: MS Word, Power Point, and Excel, able to manage invitation and meeting.
English : Intermediate level, able to translate document.
