Kualifikasi:

Male/Female.
Min. Bachelor Degree Occupational Health Safety/Civil Engineering.
Min. 3 years experience as a HSE or GA.
Have "Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U)" certificate is a plus.
Willing to be located in Karawang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Implementation & Monitoring: Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Monitor daily HSE compliance in production and non-production areas. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
Risk Management & Incident Support: Assist in risk assessments, hazard identification, and JSA preparation. Support investigations of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Environmental Management: Support waste management, chemical handling, and environmental monitoring. Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations. Promote energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
General Affairs (GA) Operations: Manage office and factory facilities, utilities, and maintenance coordination. Coordinate vendors for cleaning, security, catering, and waste services. Support asset management and administrative documentation.
Training & Safety Culture: Support safety induction, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs. Promote 5S, Kaizen, and safety culture initiatives. Assist in emergency drills and preparedness activities.
Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, customer audits). Maintain readiness for government inspections. Ensure compliance with company policies and Japanese PMA standards.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
Understanding OHS activities (HSE plan, HIRADC, P2K3, APD management, fire protection, incident investigation, Undang-Undang K3).
Understand and be able to implement ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3 & CSMS.
Understand building management and asset management.
Able to operate Microsoft Office and Corel Draw.
