Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Indonesian Ministry of Manpower) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HSE for projects (construction /manufacturing/energy).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HSE programs at project sites.
- Prepare, manage, and report HSE documents (Safety Plan, daily/weekly/monthly reports).
- Conduct safety induction, site inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
- Good communication, assertive, and willing to be placed at project sites.
