Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in HSE/K3 roles within the construction, civil engineering, or heavy infrastructure sector.
- Certifications in Electrical, Welding, or Occupational Health and Safety (K3).
- Willingness to be stationed at project sites and work hands-on across operational areas.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, enforce, and monitor daily site safety management plans in accordance with Indonesian construction K3 regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for construction, electrical installations, and welding activities.
- Supervise high-risk operations, including hot works, heavy machinery operation, structural erection, and high-voltage electrical setups.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, emergency response drills, and safety awareness training for site workers and subcontractors.
- Inspect personal protective equipment (PPE), heavy machinery, welding gear, and electrical equipment to ensure technical compliance and safe operation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports for site management and project stakeholders.

- Hard Skills: Construction safety management, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), electrical and hot work safety monitoring, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), HSE reporting, and site auditing.
