Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and develop the organization's overall HSE strategy (corporate & project).
  • Provide direction to all project HSE teams in various sectors and locations.
  • Be the main liaison between the company and clients regarding HSE policies.
  • Develop and adjust: HSE Plan, HIRADC, JSA, Permit System, Emergency Response Plan; HSE reporting and documentation system according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3; Ensure the integration of the HSE system into the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
  • Conduct internal and external HSE audits on various projects.
  • Monitor HSE KPIs: TRIR, LTI, Near Miss, Unsafe Act.
  • Ensure compliance with national & international regulations (UU K3, KLHK, OSHA, IOGP).
  • Leading the process of Serious Accident Investigation (fatality, lost time injury); Determination of Root Cause and Corrective Action; CAPA follow-up and reporting to clients and regulators.
  • Fostering and developing: HSE Officer Team, Supervisor, and site safety; Internal training & certification programs (First Aid, Fire Drill, Working at Height).
  • Building a proactive HSE culture, not just compliance.
  • Ensure all projects implement B3 & non-B3 waste management; Emissions, noise, wastewater according to AMDAL/UKL-UPL.
  • Prepare external environmental reports (DLH, EPC clients).
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Able to Develop and implement risk-based HSE Management System; Analyze HIRADC/JSA in all phases of EPC (engineering → handover); Supervise Permit to Work, Confined Space, Lifting, Hot Work, Energized Work systems; Lead accident investigations (5 Why, Fishbone, TapRoot, BowTie); Manage HSE Plan, Emergency Plan, Waste Management Plan on a project scale.
  • Strong leadership, decision maker, negotiator between stakeholders.
  • Strong in coaching, influencing, and conflict management.
