Kualifikasi:
- Holding AK3 Kemenaker Certificate.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or its equivalent.
- Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC contract.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure that all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
- Monitoring the implementation of SOPs has been implemented well by all employees.
- Ensure, inspect and conduct monthly inspections on the feasibility and readiness of PPE and occupational safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, P3K, etc.
- Providing training to workers such as the use of fire extinguishers, P3K, Emergency Response, etc.
- Ensure that safety signs at the work site have been installed properly.
- Make a program to minimize B3 Waste so that it is well accommodated.
- Coordinating safe work permits / work permits has been carried out in each work unit.
- Provide B3 waste storage for each work unit.
- Reprimand and sanction workers who violate the established occupational safety and health (K3) regulations.
- Regular inspections of impacts and hazards on the work carried out.
- Carry out and create HSE Meeting programs every month.
- Obtain monthly reports on the inspection.
- Hold daily briefings and instructions to HSE Officers, Men / Staff.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Must be able to work independently or Team Work.
- Competence in utilizing MS Office suite and electronic communication tools for documentation and reporting and basic understanding and application of HSE principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
- Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
