Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience min. 5 years in a similar QHSE role within the mining industry.
Certified in the implementation of SMKP is mandatory.
Certified in the Auditor of SMKP is an advantage.
Willing to join immediately or with short notice.
Willing to be placed at site Matarape under a roster system.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain the QHSE Management System aligned with SMKP and industry standards.
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian mining regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and internal audits to monitor site compliance.
Oversee environmental monitoring activities to ensure compliance with environmental permits and sustainable practices.
Coordinate QHSE training programs for staff, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit QHSE performance reports to management and relevant authorities.
Act as the focal point for SMKP implementation and auditing across site operations.
Foster a strong safety culture through engagement, coaching, and awareness campaigns.
Work closely with project managers and site leaders to integrate QHSE requirements into operational plans.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, HSE standards, and risk management practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead incident investigations, audits, and compliance assessments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
