Kualifikasi:

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily safety inspections in all shipyard areas to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Monitor high-risk activities, including hot work, working at height, confined space entry, and lifting operations.
Conduct daily toolbox talks to brief workers on safety procedures and hazard awareness.
Lead the daily VSCC (Vessel Safety Coordination Committee) meeting to align safety priorities.
Maintain and update safety documentation, permits, and gas-free checklists.
Report unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Assist in accident/incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
Support the implementation of company safety programs and regulatory compliance.
Ensure workers are wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices at all times.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of OHS regulations and shipyard safety standards. Hazard identification and risk assessment for shipyard operations. Familiar with hot work, working at height, confined space entry, and lifting operation safety requirements. Documentation and permit-to-work system handling. Conducting safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment. Proactive and disciplined in enforcing safety rules. Good at Speaking and Writing English.
