Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Civil/ Occupational Safety.
- Having minimum 3 years of experience as a HSE Officer in mining industry.
- Posessed SMKP, POP, Working at Near Water certification.
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Tabalong (non-roster).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs at the power plant project site.
- Ensure compliance with project, regulatory, and owner HSE standards.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and safety briefings.
- Investigate incidents and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and owner representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA).
- HSE inspection, audit, and compliance monitoring.
- Incident investigation and reporting.
- Safety induction, toolbox meeting, and HSE training.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- High discipline and safety awareness.
