Kualifikasi:

Experience in marine, offshore, or oil & gas construction.
Hold active passport.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of safety experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within marine, offshore, or oil & gas construction projects.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project or Corporate Safety Management System.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, client, and corporate safety requirements.
Lead safety risk assessments and ensure effective risk control measures.
Manage safety teams and contractor safety performance.
Monitor and report safety KPIs to senior management and clients.
Lead major incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong safety culture across all project activities.
