Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Leadership & Planning: Lead the development and execution of the Project HSE Plan. Supervise and provide direction to site HSE teams during construction and commissioning. Ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with company and client HSE requirements.
Risk & Compliance Management: Conduct risk assessments, hazard analysis, and safety reviews. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards, and client specifications. Review and authorize Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and Method Statements.
Monitoring & Reporting: Perform regular inspections, safety audits, and compliance monitoring. Report HSE performance, incidents, and corrective actions to management and stakeholders. Track HSE KPIs and ensure continuous improvement initiatives.
Incident & Emergency Response: Lead or support incident investigation and root cause analysis. Develop and supervise emergency response procedures and drills. Ensure effective corrective and preventive action implementation.
Training & Awareness: Deliver HSE induction, training, and toolbox talks to employees and contractors. Promote awareness campaigns to strengthen the zero-harm safety culture. Mentor junior HSE officers and build team competency.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction and commissioning safety standards, codes, and legal requirements. Expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification (HIRADC/JSA), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and LOTO systems. Proficiency in incident investigation & root cause analysis methodologies. Familiar with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Ability to prepare, review, and implement HSE plans, procedures, and method statements.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Leadership & Supervisory Skills – able to lead HSE teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary project stakeholders. Effective Communication – skilled in delivering safety briefings, toolbox talks, and presentations. Analytical Thinking – capable of identifying risks and recommending practical mitigation strategies. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – strong capability in handling high-pressure situations and emergencies. Team Building – mentoring junior HSE staff and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.
