Kualifikasi:

A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are highly desirable.
Several years of experience in a HSE role, ideally within the industry or a closely related field.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible in managing all HSSE resources and personnel, in term of SHE system matters.
Managing them across the construction project, in order to support both project preparation, readiness, execution and construction activities (New Project Development).
Develop Project SHE Management Plan as well as Contactor Safety Management System to addressed to the selected award EPC company.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of the legal health and safety guidelines relevant to the industry.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient use of HSE management software and tools.
