Kualifikasi:

HSE Manager (Palm Oil Industry).
Bachelor Degree Majoring Industrial/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical, Safety or related major preferred.
5 – 7 years experience as Chief HSE/HSE Manager in manufacture industry.
Physically and mentally health.
Willing to be placed in Medan - KIM 2.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and manage the implementation of HSE policies, programs, and standards across plantation and mill operations.
Ensure full compliance with national regulations, industrial standards, and certification requirements (RSPO/ISPO, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
Develop and maintain risk control strategies related to palm oil operations such as: Heavy machinery and vehicle safety, Chemical storage and pesticide application, Fire prevention and hot work control, Boiler and pressurized equipment safety, Hazardous waste management.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety walks, and audits.
Manage HSE training, safety induction, and competence development for all workers and contractors.
Establish and oversee emergency response teams, drills, and crisis management plans.
Lead incident investigation and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor environmental aspects including emissions, effluents, waste management, and biodiversity protection.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and culture.
Prepare and present HSE performance reports to senior management.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors during inspections and certifications.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner.
The detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem solving.
Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and reprioritize as necessary.
Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiar with SAP system.
Understanding SMK3 system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000.
