Kualifikasi:
  • Have a safety license or certificates or similar (Ahli K3 UMUM).
  • Bachelor Degree in environmental health or engineering.
  • Having minimum 10 years of experience (5 years in Managerial level) in Safety & Health Management, Operation safety, Environmental Management, Waste Water Management, and Quality Management System Development.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible to manage the system and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in the Company.
  • Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems in the Company.
  • Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives.
  • Analyze and evaluate the implementation of Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP), Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) & Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (SML).
  • Develop continuous improvement in the area of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management in the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.
  • Good interpersonal skill, leadership.
