Kualifikasi:
- Is a business engaged in the manufacture (production) of Steel Pipes to support the OCTG Industry with a Manufacturing Factory located at Hock Leong Industrial Park, Kabil, Batam Island, Indonesia.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing, steel pipe, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
- Certified AK3 Umum (mandatory).
- Experience in safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response planning.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.
- Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor workplace safety performance and environmental compliance.
- Conduct HSE training, safety awareness programs, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Manage HSE audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all departments.
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, and external stakeholders on HSE matters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards.
- Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
