Kualifikasi:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from relevant major.
Have minimum 3 years of experience in Geothermal, Oil & Gas, or other energy project with the same role.
Have certification in relevant skill will be an advantage.
Willing to work at site/remote location and with rotational schedule if required.
High level of integrity and commitment to safety, quality, and project objectives.
Location: Jakarta & Site (Onshore).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HSE Management System.
Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate HSE requirements.
Lead HSE risk management for all project phases (drilling, construction, operation).
Monitor HSE performance and report to senior management.
Lead major incident investigations and corrective action programs.
Promote a strong safety culture across the organization and project sites.
