Kualifikasi:
  • Experience, his/her position, specifically in managing large number of personnel in plant maintenance activity, in the LAST 5 YEARS in the LNG / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industries.
  • Must have more than 10 years’ experience in maintenance work in the petrochemical or power generation industry.
  • Minimum 5 years in HSE position.
  • Must have a diploma or equivalent in HSE & Safety Management.
  • Must obtain Migas Certification of: Pengawas K3 & Operator K3.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop the HSE Management Plan, HSE Philosophy and Targets, Safety Standards, Safety Case and to ensure that the Project meets or exceeds the health and safety aspects of company HSE expectations.
  • Challenge the design during all phases of the Project, liaise between the discipline teams, coach the team members on HSE issues, monitor and audit HSE performance, and implement continuous improvement/ apply lessons learned.
  • Have previous experience conducting and leading formal HSE assessments, leading HSE workshops, development of HSE Plan, and setting performance standards.
  • Shall have extensive field experiences in particular during EPCI stage and must have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and regulations.
  • Should have sufficient environmental experience to cover any environmental issues, which may arise.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Making culture of proactive working by collaborative working within department where formal safety process / function don’t exist.
  • Prepare external audit by customer.
  • Making and develop HSE prosedure and standard.
  • Legal compliance for HSE regulation.
