Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HSE, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in Oil & Gas industry).
Experience in HSE Management Systems implementation and audit processes.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AK3U, NEBOSH, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the development and management of the HSE Work Program & Budget (WP&B) in compliance with Company objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., SKK Migas, Directorate General of Oil & Gas).
Review and update Company HSE Management System to meet and comply with the latest industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement HSE procedures in accordance with Indonesian regulations and Company standards.
Oversee the annual HSE improvement plan to ensure achievement of HSE objectives.
Ensure operational compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE requirements while driving continuous improvement.
Lead internal audits, monitor HSE performance, and manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
Manage HSE projects and develop team capabilities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
