Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job location in Lampung.
Must hold General OHS Expert Certification (Ahli K3 Umum) from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE System Implementation: Monitor and ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Indonesian government regulations. Implement HSE programs related to workplace safety, personal protective equipment (PPE), hygiene, and ergonomics. Conduct daily safety checks in production, utility, warehouse, and chemical storage areas.
Risk Control and Monitoring: Identify workplace hazards and perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). Develop Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for high-risk activities. Ensure all work is performed under safe conditions with proper permits and controls.
Training and Awareness: Conduct HSE induction and refresher training for employees, contractors, and visitors. Promote safety culture through campaigns, posters, toolbox meetings, and behavior-based safety programs.
Incident and Emergency Response: Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and recommendation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Respond to safety incidents and support emergency evacuations and drills. Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses.
Documentation and Audit Compliance: Maintain and update HSE documentation, such as Safety manuals, Inspection checklists, Regulatory permits (e.g., waste, emissions). Prepare for internal/external audits and regulatory inspections (e.g., from Disnaker, KLHK, ISO auditors).
Environmental Management: Monitor waste handling (including hazardous waste / B3), emissions, and water use. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting (e.g., SPARING, SIMPEL). Promote resource efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the plant.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Required language(s): English.
Required Skill(s): Ms. Office, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3 and also ISO 22000.
Establish safety standards, conduct monitoring & prevention of safety breaches within the company.
Creating HSE work program, ensuring SOP implementation of HSE, monitoring K3 implementation.
Able to work in teams and individuals.
Honest, disciplined, have good initiative and able to work hard.
