Kualifikasi:
  • Technical Process Safety Engineer (Junior, Middle, & Senior).
  • Indonesian Citizen is must.
  • Relevant work experience based on position level: Junior Engineer: Fresh graduates welcome (0–2 years) or up to 3 years of experience. Middle Engineer: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Process Safety. Senior Engineer: 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
  • Relevant educational background Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (EPC/Engineering Consultant preferred).
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • For All Levels: Support the development and implementation of process safety engineering deliverables according to project requirements and industry standards. Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL/LOPA, and QRA studies. Prepare and review technical safety reports and documentation. Assist in risk assessments, safety audits, and process safety reviews. Provide technical input for the design and engineering of safe process facilities. Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
  • Additional for Middle Level: Lead small to medium process safety studies and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify safety requirements.
  • Additional for Senior Level: Lead and facilitate major process safety reviews (HAZOP, SIL, QRA). Manage and oversee multiple process safety projects simultaneously. Review and approve safety deliverables prepared by junior and middle engineers. Act as the primary client interface for process safety matters. Develop process safety engineering strategies and contribute to business development.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Skills: Process safety design and engineering principles. Conducting hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA). HAZOP facilitation and participation. Safety Integrity Level (SIL) verification and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA). Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and consequence modelling. Fire & gas mapping and hazardous area classification. Understanding of international safety regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in engineering software and safety analysis tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear and structured communication. Collaboration in multidisciplinary project teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptability to project demands and tight deadlines.
