Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE within operational, industrial, or project environments.
Candidates with experience both at Head Office and field/operational sites will be preferred 💯
Possess relevant certifications such as: - Ahli K3 Muda, - SMK3 / Integrated Management System Auditor, - PROPER (Environmental Performance Rating Program), - Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Implementation, - Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards across operational activities.
Manage and monitor the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control (HIRADC) process.
Support the development of HSE programs, objectives, and safety culture initiatives.
Prepare HSE Plans for tender and operational activities through cross-functional coordination.
Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and ensure proper reporting and follow-up of incidents and near misses.
Prepare monthly HSE performance reports for management review.
