Kualifikasi:

Minimum education: D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an HSE position on construction projects (buildings, bridges, roads, or infrastructure).
A General OHS Expert certificate from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower is required; additional certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, First Aid, Fire Fighting) are an added advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Oversee and ensure the implementation of the OHS system across all construction project areas is in accordance with procedures and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with PPE use and safety standards.
Assist in developing and implementing Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safe work procedures.
Conduct outreach to new employees and project workers.
Create and distribute HSE reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to the HSE Supervisor/Manager.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understanding of OHS regulations, applicable laws and regulations, and construction standards related to occupational safety.
Able to provide safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and basic OHS training for workers on site.
Strong problem-solving skills in addressing OHS issues on projects.
