Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in the maritime industry, specializing in HSE, marine, or ship operations.
  • Minimum educational requirement of Diploma (D3) in maritime studies, ANT III certification, or Environmental Health and Safety.
  • International Safety Management (ISM) code auditor certification is a mandatory requirement.
  • Possession of an International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) code auditor certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Prepare and coordinate Contractor-based Safety Management System (CSMS) documents, SMKP documents, HSE documents, and pre-job assessment (PJA) audits.
  • Plan, oversee the implementation, and evaluate the Safety Management System program (reviewing monthly vessel reports).
  • Assist the Head of HSE in budgeting, workload analysis, and improvement planning.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Excellent mastery of Ms. Office (especially Excel &; PowerPoint).
  • Mastering the laws and regulations regarding K3.
  • Proficient in being an HSE trainer and understanding the company's safety management system.
  • Possess knowledge of the International Safety Management (ISM) code and conduct accident investigations.
